Requirments
All motorbikes are registered with the local (Land Transportation office) in Cebu city. Each motorbike has a certificate of registration, official receipt and certificate of Insurance. Copies of these three documents Must be carried at all the time on the motorbike in addition to your driving licence..
​Passport

When renting the motorbike you must leave your passport with us as a deposit agaiainst loss or damage to the motorbike.
All passport are secured in a safety deposit box at our premises. Your passport will be returned to you on at the termination of your rental period.
Driving Licence

You need to leave a copy of your driving licence. It is a requirement in the philippines to be in possession of your driving licence of your home country or an international driving licence.
Bear in mind that you can drive in the Philippines any vehicle for a period of 3months after such time you much abtain a Filipino Driving licence.
Deposit
Insurance

Please be advised that all motorbikes are covered with a very basic third party insurance. If you have an accident and damage is caused to either the motorbike or other property or injury/death to another person-it will be your responsibility
Cebu Rental Motorbike, also provide Theft insurance. it will charge extra ammount of money . You can ask for it.
We will also collect 3000 PHP beside the passport. This will give back once Cebu Rental Motorbike recive the Motorbike.
Tearms and condicions
Exciding Hour
1day payment is good for 24hr, which mean if you rent at 2pm you have to return at 2pm, will charge every extra hour 80 PhP. if you are late for 3 hours you will be charge for one day, since we have booking we will lose the Clint.
Damages
we lease you Motorbike in a good condition we expect you to bring it back in same condition. If you made an accident you will charge for the damage, plus estimated time to repair. You will also charge while the motorbike is get repair, since we will have loss of earning.
Monthly renter with insurance
We offer insurance only long term renters, it is a private insurance and you would have to pay all amount for your private insurance.
How to claim insurance
The minima insurance claim start form 500 Paso or 1% of the insurance policy. Also it for making insurance claim they will charge 5% or 500 Paso per claim. If you made damage which is less than 500, you would have to pay for the damages.

Damages
If you are monthly renter and made a damage, you would have to wait until the motorbike get fix. If you want to rent other motorbike you have to pay rent for it.
Bride of Contract
For monthly renter, if you sing the contact for 3 to 4 months, you would have to stick to that, if you break the contract, your deposit will be consume and you will have to pay the full amount due at once.
Consequences
Science our business is registered with DTI, we are allow to file a case again, bridge of contact. Will open a case against you and will give one copy to Cebu immigration. A copy of filed case will be send to your home country police station as well.
